The aim of the employee selection and recruitment procedure is to employ the candidates who can adapt to the corporate culture at our hospital, and thus to achieve a sustainable success. It is aimed to perform recruitment without discrimination during employee selection and recruitment so that the vision and mission of the Institution can be promoted. Our prioritized criteria for recruitment are; According to the position, in some occasions technical knowledge and skills are acquired at work through hands-on trainings and whereas in some other occasions, experienced and competent people are preferred.
Human resources and department managers work together in the competency-based selection and recruitment process, which is shaped to ensure that candidates are recruited in the right position. Human Resources Department invites the candidates to the interview by managing the pre-evaluation process based on online applications. Then, the candidate is interviewed by the department manager in order to evaluate the professional knowledge of the candidate. Upon completion of the employee selection process, the candidate is notified of the result. When the process is positive, the referenced institutions where the candidate has worked before are called. If the reference feedbacks are positive, process is escalated to the General Manager and a List of Employment Documents is provided to the candidate upon approval of the General Manager.
